Update on solo RVer snowbird Joyce Caudell

Share

Quartzsite_JoyceCaudell_JulianneGCraneWe first met fulltime RVer Joyce Caudell when she was boondocking in a Bureau of Land Management longterm area near Quartzsite, Ariz., in January 2010.

Although our physical paths have not crossed since then, thanks to e-mail, we’ve kept in touch over the past two years.

A retired registered nurse, Joyce lives in a 2007 26-foot Itasca Sunova, with two slides. Her tow car is a 2006 Saturn.

Joyce keeps very active volunteering for state and national parks. Prior to wintering this year in the Tucson area, Joyce volunteered during October and November 2011 at the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument Visitor’s Center in southwest Arizona.  In the summers she volunteers for the Nez Perce National Historic Park Service at the Wallowa Lake State Park in Oregon.

Right now, she is just hiking, biking and clogging in the sun. Get a more full update by clicking on a post on her on WomenRVers.blogspot.com
