(Updated Thursday, 8/29) Terry Cooper, the Texas RV Professor of the Mobile RV Academy and Steve Anderson from Workamper News are forming RV Inspection Connection for interested RVers.

The Inspection Connection will train individuals to become Certified RV Inspectors and then provide these professional inspectors with leads and the tech support necessary to help them perform RV inspections, said Terry Cooper in an e-mail.

“We were overwhelmed by the interest and the volume of attendees” of a prelaunch webinar on Wednesday night,” said Steve Anderson.  “The webinar was recorded and it has been placed on the website:  www.rvinspectionconnection.com if you would like to check it out.”

“With the 78 million Baby Boomers hitting retirement age, we are having a large segment of these ‘Boomers’ that are buying RVs to travel and see North America,” said Cooper, an RVDA/RVIA Master Certified RV Technician and professional instructor. (right)

There are more than “10 million RVs traveling on the todays highways. Banks and service agreement providers tell us that over 60% of the used RVs that are being sold, go from one individual to another, never passing through a dealership,” continued Cooper. “So folks that are new to the RVing lifestyle and have little RV knowledge are buying units that may or may not have been maintained. These units are purchased as is without any type of warranty protection.”
