We are into our 12th week of a six-month RV Journey around the edges of the continental United States.

Jimmy and I live 24/7 in a 1996 Lance Lite 8.5 camper which sits in the bed of a 2003 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado.

The camper is self-contained with wet bath, fridge, 2-burner cook top, on-board battery, and standard length queen bed in cab over.

In reality the actual “community” space is a 2-foot wide by 8-foot long ‘hallway.’ There are no slides. Our Great Room consists of a dinette table with cushions on three sides.

One learns pretty fast if one is compatible with one’s traveling companion. So far, we’re still talking. One of our secrets is separate computers.
