Last minute chores before RVing out of our Snowbird nest in Rockport, Texas

OldTownRockport_Barber_JulianneGCraneSeems there are always dozens of small chores to do before hitting the road again after a longer stay — fill the propane tank, wash all the clothes, return books and CDs to the library, and, for Jimmy, getting a “regular” hair cut. Once we get on the road, I’m his barber.

We bicycled a couple of miles into Old Town to the Rockport Barber Shop on Austin Street.

Then we were off to the monthly outdoor Rockport Market Day to pickup last minute fresh produce for the road.

We leave tomorrow.
