This is our last day on the Little Salmon River in central Idaho. We’re packing the Lance camper and heading north to Spokane where we’ll be downsizing from a two-bedroom apartment to a storage space.

Took this picture of Jimmy trying to find space for his stovetop popcorn popper. For his thoughts on that and hitting the road again, click on “Jimmy Smith’s Another View.”

The scary part of your recent post with Jimmy standing on the truck camper is that I have exactly the same old Theater II stove top popper here in my Michigan house. Geez, I fear that we, along with our favored possessions, have become “period pieces” in our own time.
