Idaho highway 95, heading both north and south, closed to through traffic between about 10:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. (CT) on Sunday, May 2, because of the 62nd Annual Open Riggins Rodeo Parade.
The annual rodeo parade began at 11 a.m. and proceeded down Riggins’ Main Street … which is also Idaho highway 95, the primary north-south route through this part of the state.
If you didn’t make it through town before the parade kicked off, you chilled and enjoyed the incredible Little Salmon and Salmon Rivers that parallel the highway.
