Helen Mirren, Donald Sutherland and ’75 Winnebago motorhome star in ‘The Leisure Seeker’

So what if, according to most critics,  ‘The Leisure Seeker’ will most likely not win Best Picture of the Year–I can’t wait to buy my ticket and see it.

Why, because it features two veteran award-winning  actors Helen Mirren and Donald Sutherland–and a grand vintage 1975 Winnebago Indian motorhome.

Based on Michael Zadoorian’s 2009 novel, ‘The Leisure Seeker,’ John and Ella Spencer travel from Boston to Ernest Hemingway’s Home in Key West in their faithful old RV before his Alzheimer’s and her cancer can catch up with them.

“We’ve gone on a lot of wonderful trips in this old rust bucket,” says Ella Spencer of their 1975 vintage Winnebago motorhome. “I am so glad to be back on the road again,” adds John Spencer.

‘The Leisure Seeker’ is set for release on January 19, 2018, in the United States and on April 13 in the UK.
