Labor Day – last big RV camping spree of summer

Labor Day, originally organized to celebrate labor’s strengths and contributions to the United States economy, also unofficially marks the end of family summer camping weekends and neighborhood potluck barbecues.

Wherever you are celebrating this Labor Day — camped beside a quiet lake deep in the woods, basking on a crowded beach along the coast, or relaxing on a hammock in your own backyard — enjoy this last big blowout of the 2017 summer season.

And, let us all remember our family, friends and fellow human beings who are part of the long recovery in Texas and Louisiana from Hurricane Harvey and other natural disasters.
