Trailing of the Sheep Festival in Sun Valley are of Idaho, October 6-10, 2021, is a perfect autumn family RV destination.
This annual migration of sheep from summer pastures south to winter grazing is fun to be around. It “is Idaho living history and a five-day festival that highlights the people, arts, cultures, and traditions of sheep ranching in Idaho and the west,” according to festival organizers.
The sheep are the center of the festival and “knit together a cultural tapestry of concerts, workshops, presentations and dogs.”
