After more than three months living on the banks of the Little Salmon River, we are about to pack up the truck and camper and move on down the road.
It’s been a wonderful summer–Jimmy’s been working as the caretaker/cook for the Little Salmon Lodge and I’ve been writing a few features for the Current News, a twice-monthly community newspaper out of Riggins, Idaho.
Before starting our six-month sojourn around the edges of our country, we’ll be stopping over in Spokane (our home base) for a few weeks to visit friends, get the truck serviced and put everything in storage that doesn’t fit into the 8.6-foot camper.
