A quick look at the miracle repair oasis more than 90 miles from the closest Camper World–Mike’s Automotive, 24045 20 Mule Team Road in Boron, Calif. That’s our cobbled up 2001 29-foot Citation 5th wheel out front.
East on 20 Mule Team Road about three miles is downtown Boron. Barstow is about another 30 miles east down CA Hwy 58.
West along 20 Mule Team Road stretches the northern reaches of Edwards Air Force Base on the left. Lancaster, about 50 miles to southwest, was where shop co-owner Pat Ramsey drove to get the replacement part for our Citation’s busted spring.
