‘RV Friendly’ signs popping up across USA

More and more “RV Friendly” logos are being placed on the gas/food/lodging exit signs along the nation’s highways.

The smiling sign “alerts recreation vehicle (RV) motorists of facilities adjacent to highways that cater to the special needs of RVs at specific highway exits. When RV Friendly logos are included on the logos of qualified establishments, motorists know that those businesses will provide parking facilities that accommodate RVs,” according to the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association.

The round, yellow reflector symbol with “RV” in the middle are now visible on roads in Minnesota, Iowa, New Mexico, New Hampshire, Michigan, Oregon, Louisiana, Tennessee, Washington, Florida and Texas.
