‘Helping hands’ for National Public Lands Day on 9/24/16 + free entrance day in all National Parks



If you are looking for a perfect outdoor service project for you and your family–and want a bargain at the same time — consider planning an RV camping trip the last weekend in September to America’s Public Lands.

The 23rd National Public Lands Day  is  Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016 and it is also one of the National Park Service’s free entrance days. Also check with your state’s parks department for free entrance.

The final National Parks free-fee day in 2016 is Veterans Day – Tues., Nov. 11.
