Susan Latham Carr writes on Ocala.com about the Rev. David Stephenson who currently lives in “a small, well-worn travel trailer in the Ocala (Florida) Municipal Trailer Park” and ministers to the homeless.
“When I walk out of here at nighttime, I am at work,” Stephenson said.
“But Stephenson may soon have to find a new home base, because the city of Ocala is making people who live in mobile units in the trailer park leave by August.”
