Fairgrounds wooing RV groups


Amy Bickel writes in the Hutchinson (Kansas) News about how Kansas State Fair officials say RV groups are “finding the fairgrounds an attractive place to have an event – a positive outlook amid an economy of budget crunching and less funds trickling in.”
