Snow, freezing rain overnight in Las Cruces, NM. 12/04/09 By Julianne Crane Yes, those are icicles hanging off the Lance ‘Igloo’ Lite. The latest winter blast started moving through the El Paso, TX-Las Cruces, NM, last night.

According to Weather.com: “DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS ONE TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE REGION. MOST AREA SECONDARY ROADS WILL HAVE A BUILD UP OF ICE AND SNOW AND THEM. AREAS OF BLACK ICE HAVE DEVELOPED FROM THE MELTED SNOW.”

Gee that sounds a lot like Spokane.
