UK reporter has challenging RV weekend

London (UK) Telegraph reporter Judy Woods relives a, not so stellar, weekend trip to a White House Beach Caravan Club Site in Kessingland, Suffolk.

“Our gleaming Bessacarr E495 was a mighty behemoth but surprisingly easy – and enjoyable – to drive. It was sleek, stylish and ingeniously designed, with sofas that transformed into beds, a proper gas cooker, fridge, microwave, loo and shower, plus a wardrobe and enough cupboards to make it well nigh impossible to find anything,” writes Woods.

“The makers had clearly thought of everything – except, that is, where to put a baby. When we sat her on the banquette, she slid off. If we popped her down on the floor, the dog stood on her. There was no room for a travel cot, or a baby gym, so we ended up holding her. All weekend.”
