As much as RVer Jimmy Smith loves traveling the two-lane highways of America and boondocking near small mountain lakes–he lives to get his hands deep into the dirt, to work the soil, to plant viable seeds and to grow healthy crops.
After more than six-months on the road, traveling as far east as the Piney Woods of Texas and south to Rio Rico, Ariz., we recently returned to the Pacific Northwest and Jimmy has planted his first lettuce seeds in a patch of earth along side the home where we are currently resting.
