All-terrain Macabi Skirt, great traveling gear for active RVing women

Share

carol-fishingThe Macabi Skirt — billed as “the original Adventure Travel Skirt” can be worn in six different configurations and is suitable for everything from touring museums to fly fishing the rivers of Idaho.

I purchased one of these skirts almost a decade ago (they never go out of style) and have carried it with me RVing because I feel I need at least one skirt … and this one is so adaptable.  It is perfect garment that can be rolled up and tucked into a tight space in the truck camper … then shaken out to wear into an art museum or church, or a leisurely walk on the beach or an afternoon nature hike.

“The Macabi has proven to be one of the most rugged, versatile, well-traveled garments on the planet. Macabi wearers send rave reviews from Peru and Nepal, Italy and Arizona. Like Carol Louder, the designer of the Macabi Skirt, they have finally found a skirt that travels as well as they do,” according to the website.
