Stopped off in Lockhart for some of the best barbecue in Texas
Yesterday afternoon, on our two-lane journey from Rockport on the Coastal Bend to Austin, we put the brakes on in Lockhart, the BBQ Capital of Texas.
We rejoiced in a mid-afternoon meal at Black’s Barbecue, one of four popular BBQ restaurants in this small Central Texas town.
