Keeping track of ‘Extreme Makeover’

The popular ABC series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is devoted to rebuilding families’ homes when the family is in need of new hope.

During each project, the design team stays in several motorhomes parked near the site. Motorhomes are usually donated by, or rented from, local dealerships.

This week the Extreme Makeover team is in Geneva, N.Y. “to surprise a local boxing coach and his family with the promise of a new home,” according to a story in the Rochester, N.Y. Daily Messenger

“For over 10 years, Tim Hill has been training kids and young adults  — many from broken and impoverished homes — to box. There has been no charge to the participants, as he pays all expenses. He has trained three Olympic hopefuls”
