Catalina State Park, a popular RV snowbirds destination near Tucson, Ariz., is winding down its winter “First (and Third) Saturdays Concert Series.” These are free concerts to all paid campers; or is included in the admission to the park for day-users ($7 per vehicle).

Imagine listening to music with the Santa Catalina Mountains as the backdrop. All shows are at the Trailhead Stage. Concert times vary. “Feel free to bring a chair and favorite foods. Free popcorn is provided by the Friends of Catalina State Park,” according to park officials.

CATA_Concert2Saturday, March 19, 2016 – Oracle Ridge Band – 4:30pm.

Oracle Ridge Band performs a mix of classic country and bluegrass music. The band features vocal harmonies, mandolin, guitar, bass and drums.
