Binge watch ‘Flippin’ RVs’ on Great American Country

1950SpartanRoyalMansionFlippin’ RVs on the Great American Country network, gives us insight into the incredible world of restoring vintage and collectible travel trailers.  The series follows millennial husband and wife team Justin and Anna Scribner as they seek out rare trailers in order to spruce them up in their custom shop, Flyte Camp Vintage Trailer Restoration in Bend, Ore.

It’s always fun to binge watch these DYI-reality shows, either by catching them when they air or by recording them and kicking back at a more convenient time.

PismoBeachVintageTrailerRallyVintage Beach Rally — “Justin and Anna restore a 1957 Airstream Sovereign, racing the clock to finish the project under a very tight deadline. While the build team works at the shop, Justin and Anna hit the road to attend the annual Pismo Beach Vintage Trailer Rally, where they run into some familiar faces and take a look at some truly spectacular restored and unique trailers. Once the rally ends, Justin and Anna race back to Flyte Camp to prepare for the awesome Airstream reveal…but once they return…there’s still work to do.”

Tahoe Teardown — “Justin and Anna’s new clients have traveled all the way from Alaska to work with the experts at Flyte Camp. Their travel-worn ’47 Tahoe has some issues but it’s nothing the team can’t handle. From repairing the electrical systems to redoing all the plumbing, the crew is going to have to buckle down and battle the clock to get this one done in time.”

Tent Trailer gets Intense — “Justin and Anna restore a vintage Higgins tent trailer for their son and plan to take it camping once complete. But this simple project becomes more complicated when the Jeep Willys they plan on towing the trailer with has mechanical problems. A friend of Anna’s inherits a run-down Airstream and wants to get rid of it until Anna draws up a plan, while Justin and his Dad duck out to meet Eric on a pick and find some treasure.”

1950SpartanRoyalMansionInteriorA Mobile Mansion Is Delivered to Tennessee — “Justin and Anna restore a 1950 Spartan Royal Mansion, their most expensive project to date, and agree to deliver it to the owner in Nashville. Anna orders a high-priced custom-made booth and dinette while Justin and Dad take a six-hour road trip to Nevada in search of missing parts. Eric finds a rare vintage heater for the Spartan but the crew has a rough time firing it up. Anna and Justin wrap the Spartan from top to bottom for the two-day cross-country trip, but when they stop in Chattanooga, they discover the trailer’s exterior has tarnished.”
