‘Boat and Camper Trailer Race’ — one of the growing RV motorsports

Share

trailerRaceMotorsports are always high on the bucket list of many RVers (especially the upcoming Memorial Day Indianapolis 500).

Some fans take motorsports to a whole different level when a few courageous, aka wild-and-crazy, drivers participate in drag races while towing travel trailers or boats around their local speedways.

One such “Boat and Camper Trailer Race” takes place regularly at the Fort Wayne Baer Field Speedway in Indiana.

In order to qualify to win, drivers must have some part of their trailer or boat still attached to their vehicle when they cross the finish line.
